1. User Roles & Eligibility

Who Can Join: There are no age or residency restrictions for influencers, freelancers, or clients on Miftag.

Verification Requirements: All users must complete identity and payment verification to ensure trust and security within the community.

2. Account and User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in:

• Spamming, fraud, or other deceptive activities.
• Misuse of the platform or any attempt to manipulate its systems.

One Account per User: Each user is allowed only one account. Violations will result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.

3. Service Fees and Payments

Platform Commission: Miftag charges 10% commission on all transactions completed through the platform.

No Withdrawal Limits: Users can withdraw funds anytime without restrictions or timelines imposed by the platform.

4. Project and Gig Management

Creating and Managing Gigs: Both influencers and freelancers can create and manage gigs. Projects and gigs can be modified or canceled by users after creation.

Dispute Resolution: In case of a conflict between clients and freelancers/influencers:

• Parties should first try to resolve the dispute mutually.
• If unresolved, the issue will be escalated to Miftag’s support team for mediation.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

Ownership of Content:

• Influencers retain ownership of content posted on their social media profiles.
• Freelancers own the work until it is submitted; ownership transfers to the client upon submission.

Content Restrictions: Users must ensure that all content complies with intellectual property laws. No copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate material is allowed.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Miftag is committed to protecting user data. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines data usage and protection measures.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy: Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

• Canceled projects or gigs: If the service provider fails to deliver within the agreed terms.
• Failed projects: If both parties mutually agree that the service was not completed as expected.

8. Platform Liability

Limited Liability: Miftag is not liable for disputes or unsatisfactory work delivered by freelancers or influencers.

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality service providers, we do not guarantee the outcome or quality of individual projects.

9. Termination and Suspension

Account Suspension or Termination: Miftag reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country, and any disputes will be resolved in your local jurisdiction.
